Digital License Plate Production Equipment, Blanking Equipment and Graphic Design System. Minimum vendor qualification requirement: Detailed experience providing similar services to other state agencies, to include (4) business references as outlined in Appendix D, and plate samples to be included in Section VII of the vendor response. Scope of Work . Product/Service Requirements: Facility construction details, design software, graphics conversion, printing equipment, blanking line equipment, installation, training. Ongoing or Operational Support Requirements: Extended maintenance program, technical services and support, site visits, response to service calls. Project Management Requirements: Implementation plan and timeline, plate production workflow, license plate description, license plate construction. Compliance Requirements: Agency and Department of Information Technology (DoIT). Ability to interface with existing inventory software to receive weekly plate orders. Vendor shall provide open Application Programing Interface (APIs) for future integrations.
