Consideration for modification or alteration of the documents contained in this solicitation shall be requested during the specified question period, before the applicable deadline. No oral interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other Contract documents shall be considered binding. The County shall be bound by information and statements only when such statements are written and executed under the authority of the Manager, Procurement Division. Answers for timely questions will be addressed in the question and answer module or as an addenda to this solicitation depending on volume, participants are encouraged to subscribe as a follower and monitor all notifications. Beyond questions and answers, any and all modifications, clarifications, interpretations and supplemental instructions will be in the form of a written addendum which, if issued, will be available for download. All addenda and questions/answers so issued shall become part of the Contract Documents and receipt shall be acknowledged as specified herein. Critical clarifications may be made via addenda, however, untimely questions may not be considered. The proposed project is in the Orange County Administration Building, located at 201 S. Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida. The Project will involve the renovation of 5 th floor space to accommodate the two new county commissioners, renovations to the 3rd floor to accommodate relocated conference space, as well as cosmetic renovations to the Commission Chambers area. To accomplish this the following spaces will be renovated: Existing Conference Room 587 will be renovated to accommodate the new District 7 commissioner The existing Oak Conference Room 558 and Office 557 will be renovated to accommodate the new District 8 Commissioner The existing Oak Conference Room 558 and existing District 1 support (561) and Office (562) areas will be renovated to allow for a secured corridor to the newly created District 8 Commissioner space. In addition to the renovations on the 5th floor, the 3rd floor conference room 327 will undergo cosmetic renovations to wall and floor finishes.
