The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (the "Aviation Authority"), on behalf of the Facilities Department, is soliciting responses to procure a wide range of HVAC rigid filters under firm/fixed price, a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a qualified supplier. The purpose of this solicitation is to receive competitive, sealed responses for the items listed in the Pricing Table section of this Solicitation to be ordered on an as-needed basis. This agreement will cover 92 distinct line items for HVAC Rigid Filters-including rigid box filters, pleated filters, carbon filters, and link panels. This solicitation is for the procurement of HVAC filters only. This solicitation does not include any service(s) or labor. Throughout this solicitation, any reference to "HVAC" refers to Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. The Aviation Authority does not guarantee or estimate quantities of any item that may be ordered. Any submitted response that requires a minimum billing per shipment or a minimum billing per pickup will not be considered. The Aviation Authority will issue BPA Releases for the required material to be shipped/delivered. A copy of the packing list or receipt must be included with any pickup or shipment. Invoices shall be sent to the location and address indicated on the Release provided. Typical Aviation Authority invoices are processed and payments sent within 45 days of receipt of an accurate invoice. Award will be made to the Respondent deemed by the Aviation Authority to be responsive and responsible based on the lowest cost. The awarded Vendor will provide products on an "as needed" basis as listed in the Pricing Table for a period of 24 months.
