No definite date for the rebid.** The project involves the replacement of approximately 183 existing water services located along William Street, Broad Street, and Bay Street, from the watermain to the proposed isolation valve within the footprint of the existing structure, including all ancillary restoration work such as topsoil tie-in as indicated within the contract documents. The scope includes furnishing all equipment, material, and labor for the work described in the contract document drawings and specifications. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum and unit price basis. Instructions to bidders state that partial sets of bidding documents will not be available from the issuing office, and neither the Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for documents obtained from sources other than the issuing office. Bidding documents are available as PDF files and printed form from the issuing office upon receipt of payment. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is required for potential bidders to submit an eligible bid.
