Renovation of an educational facility in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the Ponchatoula High School Roof Removal and Replacement, TPSS Project Number 2024-024-008. Bid security must be five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, and the successful bidder must provide a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids are accepted only from contractors licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for Classification 1 - Building Construction and must comply with LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). Bids cannot be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days except as allowed by LA. R.S. 38:2214. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Complete bidding documents are available electronically. Questions regarding the procedure should be directed to the Designer. It is the plan holder's responsibility to cover their own reproduction costs for printed copies.
