Sealed proposals are invited for the furnishing, delivery, and/or installation of office equipment service and repairs (Bid #FY26ITB-09). Prices must include all freight, handling, and/or delivery charges. Bids must conform to the specifications and only approved, qualified bids will be accepted. For equipment requiring installation by the contractor, the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act will apply and be part of the contracts. Proposals must be submitted using the bid form accompanying the specifications, and bid security as specified shall accompany each bid if applicable. Bidders must comply with the requirements of the Affirmative Action Law and P.L. 77, C.33. The contract will have a 25% goal to be awarded to small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Set-Aside Act. The right is reserved to waive any or all informalities in, or to reject, any or all bids submitted and to make awards in the best interest of the College. Prices should be indicated for individual items and separate groups, and the College may award contracts on either basis.
