Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sigurd, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes the following Work: 1,400 linear feet of concrete sidewalk, a 25' x 35' pre- engineered pavilion, basketball/pickleball court improvements, rock mulch, and associated park improvement work. Bids will be received for a single contract. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $150,000. The Project consists of three phases as summarized below: 1. Phase 1: Concrete Sidewalk, berm, and basketball/pickle ball court improvements to be completed by December 31, 2025. 2. Phase 2: Pre-engineered Pavilion and associated concrete work to be completed by March 31, 2026. 3. Phase 3: Landscape rock and remaining work to be completed by April 30, 2026. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Doc Notes: The designated websites will be updated with addenda, plan holders list, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated websites. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., 1535 South 100 West, Richfield, Utah 84701. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except holidays or may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated websites and the Issuing Office. Question Deadline 10/28/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
