The 18 Hole golf course is built on the foot hills in Utah County the course has tee to green cart-paths. The Irrigation renovation project consists of the installation of approximately 1,475 golf sprinkler heads to be install while open for play golf. The Contactor will be required to work closely with the City of Cedar Hills, Pro-Shop and Superintendent to create a construction schedule conducive to Open for Play golf construction. Construction is scheduled to commence Spring of 2026. Weather dependent and working conditions. We anticipate the booster-pump station installation in Jan - March or Sept 15 th - Nov 15th 2026 while watering needs are at a minimal. The existing pump station will remain and Contractor shall make the required connection outside the current building footprint. Power for the Satellite Controllers will be from the pump station, near maintenance facility and restroom. The Golf Contractor will be required to bring controller power cables from these locations to the controllers per wire plan. The irrigation control and central will be Toro Smart Lynx 64- Station satellites, Lynx Central Controll with Toro 834-835 sprinkler heads. The main line piping system will be HDPE-4710-DR13.5 from 6" to 12" and laterals shall be HDPE-4710- DR11.0 rolled. 2" Saddle taps shall be Aqua-fuse side-wall fusion, along with socket fusion on 2" lateral pipe. Main Line gate valves shall be Aqua-fuse Control-Flo main line gate valves. (Aka Sub Outs) All lateral piping shall be installed using the trenchless / puller and or directional boring technique. Flanged Gate / Flanged fittings are not allowed A. 18 Holes and no range new irrigation installation on Existing Closed for Play Golf Course. B. There shall be estimated XXX Full & XXX Part Circle +/- new installed Infinity Golf Heads and XX New Toro Lynx Smart Satellites 64 Station Controller including wire, grounding rod and plate on concrete pad. C. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to adhere to all local codes and provide all permits which may pertain to the irrigation system installation. D. The drawings are conceptual plans using information provided by the Owner. E. Pipe routing is diagrammatic and may be altered as required to follow the best route and placement to the golf course. F. Field services shall be provided by GPS Golf As-Built. Services will include As-staked, As-Built and Programming, fees will be The Cities responsibilities. G. The control system, heads, valves, and any part of the controller system must be by the same manufacturer.
