Painting interior of Renovated Building Question Deadline 10/30/2025 at 10:00 AM MT Purpose City of Cedar Hills (City) is seeking proposals from contractors for renovations at the city building located at 3925 W Cedar Hills Drive, Cedar Hills, UT. The public safety/admin building renovation we need bids on paint, caulking, and related labor. Requirements of Building Renovation 1. Painting updatesmeasure existing building use Sherwin Williams Super paint or equivalent to paint the walls and base boards satin and ceiling & ceiling trim flat or matte after caulking is completed, as needed. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in contracts for multiple contractors who are justified as the most competitive, experienced, and qualified proposals. A contractor may bid on one item or several items. The city is planning to act as the general contractor for subcontractors, if a general contractor is not awarded. The public works director Kevin Anderson and finance director Charl Louw will coordinate the process.
