Brian Cloud, the golf superintendent, would like the nursery green to be bid at 7,500 sq. ft instead of 18,000 sq. ft plus a 6 ft fringe of sod around it. The bidder should provide a unit cost per square ft, if the city decides to add to the size before the agreement is finalized. The contractor will need to protect cart path during the construction. It is approximately 30' x 8'. There is a valve nearby on the main line that can be used for the project. HDPE is the preferred piping material Brian wants for this project. Dominant plus is the seed to use. The city will provide green aerating plugs in the spring to the contractor to mix with the green river sand and seed, so the new nursery green bent grass will match existing greens
