Replacement of approximately 1,800-feet of 10-inch PVC culinary waterline and approximately 1,000-feet of 8 PVC culinary waterline and other appurtenances. The project also includes milling out all the asphalt on roads impacted by the project and installing a new asphalt pavement layer. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete on or before October 1, 2024, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before October 16, 2024. The first payment to the Contractor shall not be issued until after March 1, 2024.
