The Work Generally Consists of the Following Approximate Major Quantities of Work: 4,635 Tons of Asphalt Wearing Surface (Parking Lot Paving); 590 Tons of Asphalt Wearing Surface (Track Paving); 12,200 Sy of Concrete Sidewalks With Associated Crushed Aggregate Base Course; 19,100 Lf of Concrete Curb; Parking Lot Striping; Synthetic Running Track Surfacing Infield Brick Dust; 11,400 Lf of Chain Link Fencing; Installation of Sports Field Lighting Systems; Installation of an Irrigation System; 77,500 Sy of Solid Sodding; and Other Related Items. Each Bidder Must Submit With His Bid, Security in the Amount, Form, and Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Information for Bidders. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Submit a 100% Performance Bond and a 50% Payment Bond. All Bidders Must Comply With the Requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and Be Certified for the Type of Work for Which a Proposal is Submitted. The Submission of the Bidders' Current State of Alabama License Number Will Be Required Before His/her Bid Will Be Received or Considered.
