Renovation of a mixed-use development in Luverne, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and municipal facility.
Re-roofing buildings at Highland Home High School, Crenshaw BOE Office, and Luverne High School for Crenshaw County Schools. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Architect or copies thereof. A certified check or Bid Bond, payable to Crenshaw County Schools in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but not more than $10,000.00, must accompany the proposal. Performance and statutory labor and material payment bonds are required at contract signing. Bidders must hold proper licenses and display their current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope with the proposal. PDFs of the project can be reviewed and printed from the McKee website. All RFIs and RFAs must be submitted via email using the forms in the project manual. The contractor must ensure proper supervision of all work. Completion time is August 1, 2026. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors.
