Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than December 19, 2025 Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for Applicable in-stream Work: April 1 - June 15 of Every Calendar Year.
