Furnish and install forty-eight (48) Town & County LED fixtures on new fiberglass poles, underground circuitry, and six (6) new power sources, all in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST-1012L as prepared by Traffic Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Bidder shall provide all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, and power for complete project performance. No bid will be accepted from any entity in arrears to the City, in default, or with unsatisfactory prior contract performance. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN, which will add bidders to the Planholder List and provide access for bid submittal. Project documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled receipt deadline to allow for bid review. The successful bidder may be required to furnish satisfactory labor and material payment bonds and performance bonds for no less than 100% of the contract price. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any and all bids for non-compliance with laws or instructions and also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid. EBE GOALS - The City's goal for qualified Emerging Business Enterprise (E.B.E), as subcontractors on this project is ten percent (10%) of the contract amount.
