Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Modify existing rooms in the Basement of Citizens Square to construct an HR Training Room, a City Utilities Engineering Suite, and several shared conference rooms. All work must be conducted in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawings as prepared by Elevatus Architecture for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, and power necessary for the complete performance of this project. Bids will only be accepted via the online electronic bid service, and project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN, which will add your company to the Planholder List and provide access to online bidding. The successful bidder may be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each no less than 100% of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders, and also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
