Site work for a civil project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Upstream Bullerman Wetland Detention (Ashbrook Dr) as follows: Project consists a 7 million gallon stormwater detention basin in line with the Bullerman Drain. Project includes outfall structure, native plantings, approximately 1,200 linear feet of stream reconstruction, and approximately 700 linear feet of 12 through 48-inch storm sewers and appurtenances. No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 90 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid. Question Deadline 10/30/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Design Manager in writing
