The Vancouver Island Health Authority ("Island Health") is seeking qualified contractor to provide all labour, materials, equipment, and services required to complete heating plant upgrades at the Drugs and Alcohol Rehab Society. This project involves the replacement and upgrade of the mechanical heating and control systems at the D.A.R.S. (Detox, Assessment, Recovery, and Sobering) facility. The scope includes upgrading the existing gas boiler and domestic water heater to high efficiency condensing models, as well as replacing the air handling units.
