A Boiler water treatment program will require the addition of suitable/appropriate chemicals in the removal of dissolved oxygen, polymers to control deposits, caustics for alkalinity control and amines for protection of condensate return lines. The successful Water Treatment Vendor (WTV) shall provide all chemicals, biocides, test chemicals, reagents, Laboratory testing, as well as regular onsite service (minimum 1 service call per month), expertise, reporting and analysis as required, to furnish a complete Chemical Water Treatment Programs at each location. Pricing to be based on product purchased and automation equipment provided/selected by Owner. Final Addendum January 8, 2026. Site visit description: All Bidders are required to attend the site visit in order to review existing water treatment programs. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding each site prior to preparing and submitting Bids. Details and Questions will be posted as an Addendum.
