Respondents must submit hourly rates for the provision of a wheel loader and operator, tandem dump truck and operator, water truck and operator, and an operations project lead. Rates must be provided in Canadian funds and be all-inclusive, covering all labour, material, travel, carriage, insurance, delivery, installation, set-up, and overhead costs. Pricing must remain firm for the term of the contract, and any proposed increases from previous years’ pricing may require explanation and are subject to rejection. As pre-conditions of renewal, bidders must provide a Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Act clearance letter, proof of general liability insurance, all equipment operators’ certifications, drivers’ licenses and abstracts for relevant operator positions, equipment inspection and registration sheets, and must be registered and approved with ISNetworld. Bidders must ensure uploaded files are accessible and must disclose potential conflicts of interest, adhering to the terms of the procurement process, which is non-binding until a written agreement is executed.
