SCOPE A. The CONTRACTOR shall provide all Work in accordance with: (i) applicable laws, rules, and regulations,(ii) the codes, standards, recommendations, etc. listed in Section 1.02, below, and (iii) the results of the studies furnished by the ELECTRICAL ENGINEER. The ELECTRICAL ENGINEER shall furnish Short-Circuit and Protective Device Evaluation, Protective Device Coordination, and Arc Flash Hazard Analysis studies (Studies) developed per NFPA 70 and NFPA 70E Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace, reference Article 130.3 and Annex D, as further provided in this Section 16015. The ELECTRICAL ENGINEER must furnish a report summarizing the Studies initially in preliminary form and later in final form, as provided below. B. The CONTRACTOR must supply the information required for the Studies as provided in this Section and other provisions in these SPECIFICATIONS. Initially, such information must be provided with the other submittals required by these SPECIFICATIONS (see the provisions requiring CONTRACTOR to submit shop drawings, mill certificates, certified tests, product data, operations and maintenance data, and samples). This information must be sufficient to allow the ELECTRICAL ENGINEER to furnish the report summarizing the Studies in preliminary form. After installation of the equipment and facilities, the CONTRACTOR shall provide additional information about the equipment and facilities as installed as may be required to furnish the report summarizing the Studies in final form.
