Notice to Proceed on or about December 8, 2025. Substantial Completion of May 15, 2026. Description of Work: The Contractor shall be required to address humidity and temperature levels, surface conditions, and monitor atmospheric conditions within a control house and substation. Those services include but will not be limited to providing and installing roofing panels, providing and installing atmospheric sensing equipment, providing and installing HVAC units, providing and installing replacement doors and lights, preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces for the following locations: 1. Powell electric substation control house located at 2512 West Beaver Creek Drive, Powell, TN 37849 2. Walker Road electric substation control house located at 8327 East Walker Springs Lane, Knoxville, TN 37923 The Work shall be completed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals as required to restore the Site to a condition equal to or better than the Site condition which existed prior to initiation of the Work activities.
