The City of Bellmead, Texas is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to demolish and remove residential and accessory structures, vehicles, and miscellaneous debris from two properties located at 1401 Old Dallas Road and 301 E. 20th Street. The work includes utility verification and disconnection, demolition to a depth of 2 feet below grade, removal of junk vehicles and rubbish, site grading for proper drainage, and leaving both lots mowable with a standard lawnmower. Contractors are required to verify disconnection of all utilities (electric, water, gas), with the City coordinating shut-offs. All structures must be removed to 2 feet below grade, water/sewer lines must be capped and flagged within 10 feet of the property line, and contractors must provide their own water and power if needed.
