Site work for a development in Parks, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
Clearing and excavation for the Cypress Island/Joe Daigre Drainage System Maintenance Project - Phase II, and other work in connection therewith. Bids will be on a unit price basis; segregated Bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Engineer. Each Bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to St. Martin Parish Government in an amount of at least five percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or a Bid Bond. To qualify to bid, each bidder shall be a properly licensed Contractor in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:2150-2163 for the classification of Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction; Heavy Construction; or Municipal and Public Works Construction. Contractors desiring to bid shall submit evidence that they hold license of proper classification in full force and effect at the time the bidding documents are requested from the office of the Engineers. The Contractor shall show his license number on the bid form and on the envelope containing his Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
