The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, is conducting market research to identify capable contractors for anticipated dredging projects in the upcoming fiscal year. This is a Sources Sought Notice and not a solicitation or request for proposal. The anticipated projects include Wilmington Harbor Anchorage Basin and Mid River Maintenance Dredging, Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point (MOTSU) Maintenance Dredging, Morehead City (MHC) Harbor Inner Ocean Bar, Atlantic Intercoastal Waterway (AIWW) Maintenance Dredging, and the South Atlantic Division (SAD) Regional Harbor Dredging Contract (RHDC). Interested firms with NAICS code 237990 must submit detailed capability statements by 31 October 2025 at 2:00 p.m., including business information, bonding capacity, relevant project experience, and any teaming arrangements. All submissions must be electronic and include documentation supporting socio-economic status and project capabilities. Responses are voluntary and will not result in compensation or guarantee of contract award. The magnitude of construction for this project will be between $5-$10M. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
