The New Hanover County Airport Authority is requesting Statements of Qualification from professional consulting firms for engineering services related to the on-call Engineer of Record for Landside Planning, Design, and Construction Phase Services. Possible projects include master planning, roadway and parking lot and/or deck design, environmental assessments, stormwater and utilities, earthwork, traffic signal design, landscape architecture, construction administration, and other similar projects. Firms will be required to enter into an on-call, task-based Master Contract for up to five years. Five copies of the Statement of Qualification should be submitted and clearly marked on the outside as 'Request for Qualifications- Engineer/ Architect of Record for Landside Planning, Design and Construction Phase Services.' Inquiries should be directed as specified within the instructions.
