Renovation of a residential development in Jay, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,100-square-foot residential development.
All work shall comply with the current Residential Code of New York State (RCNYS), National Electric Code (NEC), and local municipal code enforcement requirements. Contractor shall obtain and post all required permits (building, electrical, mechanical, demolition, etc.), notify local inspectors, schedule all inspections, and obtain and submit all Certificates of Occupancy/Completion. Contractor must provide current Workers' Compensation, General Liability Insurance, and EPA RRP Lead-Safe Certification prior to contract execution. All demolition and construction debris must be removed from the site and legally disposed of at an approved facility. All work must follow manufacturer installation specifications, and warranties shall be provided to the homeowner at project completion.
