Site work for a municipal facility in Ovid, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a 239,386-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.

All questions prior to bid opening must be received by the close of business on October 25, 2025. Questions shall be directed to Joshua Bezio at Hunt Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors & Landscape Architect, DPC at email Bezioj@hunt-eas.com. Bids are requested for multiple prime contracts for General Trades Work, HVAC Work, Electrical Work, and Plumbing Work, in accordance with Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Hunt Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors & Landscape Architect, DPC 100 Hunt Center, Airport Corporate Park, Horseheads, NY 14845. OVID JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL SED#: 56-05-01-04-0-001-025 INTERLAKEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SED#: 56-05-01-04-0-004-026 General ConstructionContract: Work at Elementary and high School including demolition, concrete removal, and trenching for plumbing and electrical utilities. Re-pour concrete slabs, patch floors and walls, and match adjacent finishes after utility installations. Complete asbestos abatement coordination, including removal of vapor barriers, wall/floor patching, and coordination with qualified abatement subcontractors. Roofing work, including removal and patching for HVAC penetrations, installation of blocking, curbs, flashings, and insulation. Doors and hardware installation; coordinate with electrical for powered or controlled openings. Ceiling removal/reinstallation, framing, drywall patching, and finish carpentry for abatement and new MEP work. Provide all temporary partitions, dust control, and protection in occupied school areas. Maintain site safety and restrict access per school security requirements. Bid security shall be in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, cash will not be accepted as bid security. Bid security shall be in one of the following forms: a. Bid Bond from a company listed on Treasury Circular 570. b. Certified Check. The owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements specified in the instructions to bidders. The owner may, at their discretion, waive informalities in bids, but is not obligated to do so, nor does this represent that they will do so. Under no circumstances will the owner waive any informality which, by such waiver, would give one bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all other bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid before forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof, unless a mistake due to error is claimed by the bidder in accordance with instructions to bidders. The owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
