Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Webster, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: This project consists of a new public restroom facility at Lasalle's Landing Park. The building will include men's and women's restrooms, a single-user family restroom, and a mechanical room. The facility will feature exterior covered timber pavilion spaces, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. Site work includes installation of water, sewer, electrical, and stormwater utilities. The structure will be supported on pile foundations to address existing soil conditions. This project will be performed under Wick's Law and will require a total of four (4) prime contracts. The General Construction contract will include the architectural, civil, and structural scopes of work. The remaining prime contracts will include Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical. Project has an expected duration of 300 days. This project is being funding in part through a grant from the New York State Department of State, which requires compliance with NYS Executive Law Article 15-A 310-318 regarding minority and women owned business enterprises (MWBEs). The Town of Penfield is committed to taking every step possible to meet the current New York State required MWBE goal, which is set at 30% (15% WBE and 15% MBE). Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidding Documents may be examined at the Town of Penfield (3100 Atlantic Ave, Penfield, New York 14526), on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Bidding Documents will not be available from MRB Group or the Owner. The Town of Penfield, Monroe County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award.
