**As of January 07, 2026, the awarded amount is Siemens Industry, Inc, with an awarded amount of $81,006.60.** The Scope of Work shall consist of preparing all necessary documents for permit acquisition if required, and the construction for turn-key products including replacement of devices and components to upgrade the existing fire alarm systems at General Administration Office (GAO) and Solana Beach Train Station (SBS). The Project will procure the necessary materials, equipment, labor and system support needed to remove and replace the existing fire alarm system components including, but not limited to, control panels; activation, annunciation, and detection devices; all associated wiring. The project will replace all or some of the existing fire alarm devices and associated wiring as needed. All office work areas and access to work areas shall not be disrupted during the site investigations and construction phase. Contractor shall provide temporary covering, partition, and other protections to secure personnel safety. Contractor shall coordinate and schedule site investigations with NCTD's Project Manager. Site investigations shall be scheduled at least seven (7) calendar days in advance to provide sufficient notice to facility personnel of field activities.
