The initial replacement of ninety-three (93) furniture units will be performed at Oceanside Transit Center (OTC), located at 195 S. Tremont Street, Oceanside, CA 92054, and the work limits include platforms 1 and 2, SPRINTER platform, and the Bus Island. The contractor shall perform site investigations to verify existing conditions and determine the specific requirements for bench and trash receptacles installation. Temporary coverings, delineators, caution tape, and other protective measures shall be provided to ensure the safety of personnel and the public. Contractor shall coordinate and schedule site investigations with NCTD's Project Manager. Any site investigations and construction work shall be scheduled at least seven (7) calendar days in advance.
