Reference Number 0000399124 The City of Oceanside (City) is currently in the construction bidding and procurement process for the Downtown Water and Sewer Replacement - Phase 2 construction contract. This project is an infrastructure upgrade to undersized and aging water and sewer pipelines in the downtown area, including pipeline extensions from the recycled water transmission main to serve additional customers. This project will affect many busy streets and include many schedule and work sequencing requirements to accommodate summer tourism traffic near the coast, scheduled special events along portions of the alignments, weekly events in portions of the alignments, and other construction work associated with the downtown area. Plans and specifications for the Downtown Water and Sewer Replacement - Phase 2 project were prepared by Kimley Horn and West Coast Civil.
