Question Deadline 09/12/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes North County Transit District (NCTD) is seeking a Contractor to provide maintenance/repair and alarm monitoring services for its fire and life safety systems and their components. This includes all NCTD stations, transit centers, operation facilities, and administrative offices, Revenue Vehicles, and select Non-Revenue Vehicles. Fire and life safety systems include fire alarm, water-based fire suppression, clean agent fire suppression, methane/ hydrogen/noxious gas detection systems, fire extinguishers, and 24/7 fire alarm monitoring services. This is a three (3)-year contract with one (1) two (2)-year option. All certification forms must be fully completed and signed to be considered for award. Incomplete or unsigned forms may result in the response being deemed non-responsive.
