Facilities may be added or deleted throughout the term of contract at the sole discretion of the NCTD contract administrator. Administrative Facilities: Office buildings, entrances, walkways, building facades, and exterior common areas. Mechanical Facilities: Shops, garages, loading docks, service bays, and exterior areas. Transit Facilities: Passenger shelters, platforms, bus stops, parking structures, and related infrastructure. Scope of Services The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform pressure washing services, including but not limited to: General Tasks Exterior building cleaning, including walls, windowsills, and entryways Concrete and asphalt surface cleaning (walkways, ramps, platforms, curbs, stairwells) Grease, oil, gum, and graffiti removal (as applicable) Bus stop/shelter cleaning Parking lot and garage surface washing Loading dock and bay area cleaning Drainage area cleaning and debris removal after wash Safe containment and disposal of wastewater in compliance with local and state environmental regulations Additional details can be found in the SOW Appendix A. For line Items tab: All rates are fully burdened or fully loaded, including but not limited to labor and related expenses, equipment, chemicals, taxes, etc. Costs for permits and maintenance of traffic, if applicable, shall be on a pass through basis. Normal Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. After Hours: Monday-Friday, outside Normal Business Hours. Weekend/Holiday: Saturdays, Sundays, and agency-observed holidays. Emergency: Unplanned response meeting the required mobilization window (e.g., <=2 hours) with NCTD PM approval prior to the work being performed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
