Boiler should be Peerless PF-200-LP-NS-REV is a high-efficiency, propane-fueled condensing boiler from the Peerless PureFire series or equivalent to support existing system. Remove and replace six (6) circulation pumps. Remove and replace each relief valves and pressure regulators. Drain and flush system to include purging system of any foreign materials or buildup. System startup and operational control confirmation and necessary tuning when complete. Turn-key installation and operation expected. Bids should include all itemized costs including necessary permits and trades needed for project completion. Cut sheets and/or equipment specifications should be included in the bid. Bid should include mobilization readiness with the expectation that all work can be completed within 45 days of signing. Equipment availability should be confirmed and noted in the bid. Applicable warranty coverage should be included in the bid.
