Base bid includes all materials, labor, tools and equipment to replace the existing 9,600 SF asphalt shingle roof in its entirety on the Salt Shed at the Town of Broome property, with a new 50-year 3 tab asphalt-fiberglass shingle roof system and venting improvements. Alternate bid includes all materials, labor, tools and equipment to replace the existing 9,600 SF asphalt shingle roof in its entirety on the Salt Shed at the Town of Broome property with a new 30-year metal roof system and venting improvements.
