Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

This project consists of a new public restroom facility at Lasalle's Landing Park. The building will include men's and women's restrooms, a single-user family restroom, and a mechanical room. The facility will feature exterior covered timber pavilion spaces, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. Site work includes installation of water, sewer, electrical, and stormwater utilities. The structure will be supported on pile foundations to address existing soil conditions. This project will be performed under Wicks Law and will require a total of four (4) prime contracts: General Construction (including architectural, civil, and structural scopes of work), Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical. Project duration is expected to be 300 days. Instructions to bidders: Separate sealed bids will be received for each contract. The Town of Penfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, or make an award to someone other than the low bidder. The Town may also limit the amount of the award. Bid security must be provided as per the Instructions to Bidders. Prospective bidders are encouraged, but not required, to attend the pre-bid conference.
