Site work for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
It was awarded to Hard Rock Excavation in the amount of $381,892.41. The start date is still TBD. Scope of Work of the contract includes: Site prep for approximately 40.4 acres Excavation and placement of approximately 108,569 CY of soils. The Owner, Uptown Celina Partners, LP on behalf of Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County will be the Payor for the contract for Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County. Copies of the bidding documents are on file at Engineers office and may be obtained electronically by request via an email to asaavedra@pape-dawson.com and tnelson@pape-dawaon.com or through Civcast. Bidders must email the office of the Engineer in order to be sent a link to view and/or download specifications, plans, soils report and environmental reports for this project. There is NO charge to view or download documents. Question Deadline 11/03/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Any proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The project includes excavation, and Utility Construction in accordance with the plans and specifications Uptown Tract C Mass Grading. The Owner will be the Payor for the contract for Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County.
