Description

Demolition and site work for a pre-engineered storage facility in Houston, Texas. Design plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.

Work consists of Demolition (Site, Civil and Existing Buildings) and procurement of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform demolition of the existing structure and associated sitework per the Demolition drawings. Vendor shall furnish all engineering, fabrication, related drawings and delivery to the site for a pre-engineered metal building per RFP Package drawings. Proposals from requested trades are to be submitted as instructed. All document review questions must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline. MWBE/SBE/DBE forms, as required by package documents, shall accompany each proposal. The contractor and owner reserve the right to waive any informality and/or to reject any or all proposals.
