Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) is seeking Proposals for Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) from qualified proposers to provide consultation during and after the design of the project and serve as the general contractor for the existing HVAC and Partial Roof Recover Project at Harris County Department of Education's North Post Oak facility. This selection shall be accomplished in a one-step process as set forth in Chapter 2269, Subchapter F of the Texas Government Code.
