As of 11/25/2025, no bids were received. The work includes furnishing and installing a complete ground mounted photovoltaic power system. The power system shall be designed to provide continuous power to the SCADA controls at the Water Storage Tank. Furnish and install all wiring, disconnecting means, over current protection, and any other required device, all fencing, lighting, watching and protection of the site, complete cleanup of work area, seeding and mulching of all disturbed earth surfaces. Project Cost Estimate: $25,000. Anticipated Contract Award Date: November 18, 2025 Proposed Start Date: December 8, 2025 Estimated Completion Date: March 8, 2026 Work shall be completed within 90 calendar days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in and to accept or reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The work to be done under this Contract, as shown on the Contract Plans and Specifications, shall include the furnishing and complete installation of all materials and any other necessary work required for proper completion, operation and use of the facilities. All the equipment, materials and labor that may be necessary to complete the work and place it in satisfactory operation, implied or intended in the Plans and Specifications, shall be furnished and/or installed without extra cost to the OWNER.
