As of November 17, 2025, bid is not yet awarded. The project is anticipated to be awarded by the end of November. The project is for additions and site improvements at Elizabeth Forward High School, Phase 2. The site scope includes excavations and new grading, stormwater improvements, paving, walks, and site utility work including water, sanitary, storm, site electrical work, planting, seeding, and field accessories. Synthetic turf work will be considered by bid alternates. The building addition is a 40,846 square foot fully sprinkled two-story classroom/office addition with partial basement. Improvements to the existing building include new windows and exterior doors, new exterior entrance canopies, staining and painting of existing brick, and new ACM metal panels and trim. Bids are to be submitted for separate prime contracts for General, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection Construction on a lump sum basis. Segregated bids will not be accepted. Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project and prime contract. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid and a Non-Collusive Affidavit must accompany each bid. This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages.
