**As of February 6th, this project has been awarded to ACS System Associates for $3,695,000.** This contract is for work in Gage Hall. The scope of work includes but is not limited to Asbestos Abatement and hazardous materials removal, mechanical upgrades, accessibility improvements, card access and fire protection upgrades in Gage Hall. It is anticipated that work will commence in Spring 2026. The substantial completion date is July 2, 2026. The estimated construction cost for the Base Bid is between $2,500,000 and $3,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Construction of an interior concrete ramp for ADA accessibility, with minor finishes. 3. Removal and installation of wifi wireless-enabled door hardware. 4. Mechanical room equipment replacement and reconfiguration of space layout.
