The scope of work includes but is not limited to Asbestos Abatement and hazardous materials removal, mechanical upgrades, accessibility improvements, card access and fire protection upgrades in Gage Hall. It is anticipated that work will commence in Spring 2026. The substantial completion date is July 2, 2026. The estimated construction cost for the Base Bid is between $2,500,000 and $3,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
