Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in New Paltz, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work involves the installation of a level 2 bus charger, provided by the Owner, in the parking lot of the Bus Garage. The scope includes electrical panel work, conduit, wiring, trenching, backfill, and asphalt. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Bond or Certified Check for five percent (5%) of the Base Bid, and deliver Performance Bond and Labor Material Payment Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum at the time the contract is signed.
