Furnishing all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, superintendence, and performing all work required for the construction of the 0.72-MGD Rockhill Pump Station, the 0.40-MG AWWA D100 welded steel ground storage reservoir, 2,592 square yards of 8-inch thick reinforced concrete pavement, 1,318 linear feet of 12-inch waterline, along with necessary appurtenances to make the pump station and ground storage reservoir functional and operational, as shown in the plans and called for in the specifications. All lump sum and unit prices must be stated in both script and figures on the forms provided. Bidders must inspect the site of work and inform themselves regarding all local conditions. Bid security in the form of a cashier's or certified check, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total proposal, is required. The successful bidder must provide Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds as described in the bidding documents.
