Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Manti, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Project includes the following Work: The construction of a new 5,202 square foot maintenance facility, site utilities, structural and site concrete, steel erection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and related site work. Bids will be received for single contract. Owner anticipates the Project's total bid price will be approximately $1,100,000. The Project is expected to be substantially completed by June 30, 2026. Questions shall be submitted to Jamison Christensen, Project Engineer, at jamison.c@jonesanddemille.com by 5:00 PM local time on or before Friday, October 17th, 2025. Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday October 8th, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time at the Sanpete County Building, Commission Chambers, 160 N. Main, Basement, Manti, UT. The Owner may reject any or all bids submitted. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Jamison Christensen at jamison.c@jonesanddemille.com 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
