Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Arcade, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary for the construction of Water Reclamation Facility 2026 Phase 1 (0.25 mgd) Package Plant. This includes new process structures, mechanical bar screens, package plant system, disc filters, UV disinfection, sludge dewatering, plant return pump station, effluent pump station, control building, electrical and control systems, well house, along with all related appurtenances. Only bidders who have registered as official Plan Holders, after payment of the required document fee, are eligible to submit a bid. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit must be attended for bid eligibility. All questions must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline. Bids require a Bid Bond or cashier's check not less than five percent of the bid amount, with successful bidders providing Performance and Payment Bonds each equal to the contract amount. Bidders must provide proof of current "Utility Contractor" license and employ a "Utility Manager" certification holder. Compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity, Copeland Anti-Kickback Act, and Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act is required. Bids must include a completed Federal Work Authorization Contractor Affidavit. The Owner reserves the right to delay award, reject any or all bids, and waive technicalities or informalities.
