Site work for a water / sewer project in Bourne, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work consists of the removal and replacement of the existing septic system components, including piping, distribution box, leaching field, as well as pumping and cleaning the existing septic tank, and all other work as specified in the Contract Documents. Bids must be submitted electronically and comply with M.G.L. c.3039M and the required minimum wage rates. Bidders must register as electronic bidders, and all bids must be submitted online at biddocs.com. General bids and sub-bids must include a bid deposit of not less than five percent of the greatest possible bid amount, made payable to the BOURNE HOUSING AUTHORITY. The contractor and all subcontractors are required to strive for minority and women workforce participation benchmarks of 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 10/31/2025 at 10:00AM EDT for general bids.
