Renovation of a transportation facility in Fort Myers, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Lee County Port Authority requests competitive quotations from suppliers to provide the items and/or perform the services Question Deadline 11/12/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Inquiries or requests for clarifications of any information contained in the online - The winning bidder will provide all permitting and engineering drawings for permitting. - Temporarily connect the existing panel to Generator #2. - Remove and dispose of the existing 800 Amp ATS. - Replace the existing 800 Amp generator breaker with a new 600 Amp breaker. - Install a new 600 Amp ATS with manual override and auxiliary wireway. - All material parts and labor needed to complete the installation of the new 600 Amp ATS shall be included. - Remove 800 Amp fuses in the existing disconnect switch and replace with 600 Amp fuses. - Repair existing cut-out in overhead junction box. - The winning bidder shall complete all testing of terminations, cables, and breakers. - Winning bidder shall start and ensure the new 600 Amp ATS with manual override functions properly for final installations. - Remove the temporary connection to Generator #2 once the new 600 Amp ATS with manual override is installed and running correctly. - All testing and training of the new 600 Amp ATS with manual override shall be provided by the winning bidder. - The winning bidder will designate a qualified and experienced supervisor to oversee and direct all work performed on-site.
