A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” Georgia State University is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing design-build services for the construction of Project No. 0013-042-24, titled "148 Edgewood Avenue Demolition," located at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. The purpose is to identify potential providers for these services. Firms determined to be especially qualified may be invited to interview and offer proposals for these services. All respondents must follow the instructions provided and review the entire request carefully. The university reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities at their discretion.
